Curdridge Parish Council is delighted to share that the Curdridge rural affordable housing scheme has been recognised as a winner at the CPRE Hampshire Countryside Awards.

The scheme was acknowledged for the care taken to deliver much-needed affordable homes for people with a strong local connection, while also respecting the character of Curdridge and its surrounding countryside. The awards celebrate projects across Hampshire that protect, enhance and support rural communities, making this recognition particularly meaningful.

This achievement reflects the significant time, thought and collaboration involved in bringing the scheme forward. It demonstrates how sensitive, well-planned development can help meet local housing needs while maintaining the qualities that make villages like Curdridge special.
